We're so confident you'll love our Biltong snacks that you can try them risk-free.
In the rare event that you're not satisfied with our products, please contact hello@brooklynbiltong.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Due to the nature of our products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis and are committed to great taste and providing our customers with a positive experience. You’ll be refunded your entire purchase price, less shipping.
Please have the following available when you contact us to expedite your request:
- Email associated with you order
- Order number
While you have the option to initiate a chargeback, please note that doing so may delay the refund process and does not ensure reimbursement due to potential fees and conditions set by your bank. We recommend reaching out to us first and giving us the opportunity to refund you before requesting a chargeback.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We do our best to ensure every order and snack lives up to our high-quality, manufacturing standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact hello@brooklynbiltong.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Our team will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
Please have the following available when you contact us to expedite your request:
- Order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective product is required to process your return
- Please ensure the photo clearly shows the issue at question and includes the batch number located on the back of the packaging
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
Our standard refund policy does not apply to all items. Below are products that cannot be refunded:
- Products purchased beyond 30 days
- Orders totaling over $20
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after purchase
- Discontinued items
- Giveaways & contest winnings
- In-store purchases
- Amazon purchases
- Purchases from other resellers
- Replacement orders
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to successfully cancel a subscription you must cancel at least 2 business days before you are charged for the order. This can be done via your subscription portal or by emailing hello@brooklynbiltong.com.
We will gladly cancel any future subscriptions but cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund of an order once it has been processed and shipped.
